Help Wanted: Powersports Mechanic, Retail Associate, Shop Help and Online Sales & Marketing Manager.
We are a family-owned business in the powersports industry, specializing in ATV and side-by-side rentals, mechanic services, and retail sales. We are currently seeking four motivated individuals to join our team in various positions.
Powersports Mechanic: We are looking for an experienced powersports mechanic to work on newer side-by-sides and UTVs such as Polaris RZR 1000XP and new Polaris Pro R models that are turboed. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of engine diagnostics, repair, and maintenance. The candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a powersports mechanic shop. The candidate should have their own tools and be able to work independently. Experience with clutch work and engine tuning is preferred.
Retail Associate: We are seeking a friendly and motivated individual to work in our retail store. The candidate will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, taking reservations for ATV rentals, and checking out customers at the register. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness. Knowledge of powersports equipment is a plus, but not required. Candidate must be able to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent customer service skills.
Shop Help: This is an Entry Level Position. We are looking for a shop helper to assist in cleaning and maintenance duties, as well as assisting our mechanics. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the mechanic's work areas, running errands, and keeping an inventory of supplies. This position requires a willingness to learn and the ability to take direction from the mechanics. If the candidate shows an aptitude for mechanic work, we are willing to train them on how to tune bikes and run the dynamometer which is a lost art but a very valuable tradeskill.

Online Sales and Marketing Manager: We are looking for a talented individual who can handle our online store, social media marketing, and affiliate marketing. This position requires experience with current webpage building tools and a passion for online sales and marketing. You should be able to help process online orders and grow our online and e-commerce business. If you have a portfolio of your past work, that would be helpful. This position is very flexible, and we are willing to work with individuals who have a busy schedule but can get the job done. You can work from home part time and in the shop. In addition to managing our online store and social media presence, the ideal candidate for our Online Sales and Marketing Manager position should also have experience creating videos for social media. They should be able to create engaging video content that showcases our products, as well as create video reviews and comparisons of our products with other brands. The candidate should have a good understanding of how different social media platforms work and how to effectively use them to drive traffic to our online store. We currently use Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Yelp, and TikTok to promote our business, so experience with these platforms would be a plus.
